BRANDI HUMENIUK
Principal Designer
Brandi is a 2006 graduate from Valdosta State University, receiving her BFA in Interior Design. Having worked on a number of freelance projects of various scales, she found her passion in full scope interior renovations.
Prior to graduation, Brandi completed her internship with Ellis, Ricket and Associates, a Valdosta, Georgia based architecture firm. This experience helped to solidify her understanding for the cohesion of exterior and interior design elements. Over the past 20 years, she has been contracted for a multitude of design scopes to include a mix of both commercial and residential spaces.
From concept to creation, pre-construction to project management, Brandi can facilitate each phase of a turn key renovation. She enjoys the process of getting to know each of her clients and understanding how they envision their spaces to function and feel. Creative collaboration allows her team to collectively reimagine spaces, producing inspired interiors that are uniquely you.
In 2015, Brandi purchased a condemned farmhouse in Savannah, built in 1925. She has spent the last decade restoring the property into its current status as a three unit multifamily where she resides with her two young children along with their miniature goldendoodle pup, Joey.

Anjali specializes in capital-focused renovations for STVR and Airbnb owners seeking elevated returns. With expertise in strategic budgeting, renovation oversight, and revenue-driven design decisions, she bridges aesthetics and analytics – ensuring each project becomes a revenue generating asset for your investment portfolio. Her leadership in project management and investment strategy strengthens our ability to deliver high-performing, design-forward properties with measurable ROI. When Anjali isn’t spec’ing tile layouts and space planning, she enjoys seeking design inspiration by traveling the globe with her husband and three young children.
ASHLEY FIELD
General Contractor
As a second-generation General Contractor, Ashley’s first exposure to construction came from her father, a historic renovation contractor and purveyor of antiques. This became the foundation of her historic construction knowledge. Over the last three decades, Ashley has refined her construction proficiency by collaborating on a variety of new build projects and renovations, both residential and commercial. She obtained her General Contractor’s license in 2021 and has since found her passion in remodeling and historic home renovation. Ashley has collaborated with Brandi on multiple project scopes and the balance of their respective expertise allows for a cohesive client experience as well as a beautifully executed interior.
